The thought of leading a service may seem intimidating. The purpose of this website is to help you overcome some of the questions of "Where do I start?" With simple tips and services to get you going our hope is to help you feel prepared and confident. You do not have to stick with the services listed.
- IF YOU ARE NOT MUSICALLY INCLINED (LIKE ME), YOU CAN PRESENT WORSHIP MUSIC FOR YOUR SERVICE THROUGH YOUTUBE, SPOTIFY OR OTHER MUSIC APP, OR THIS WEBSITE IF YOU CHOOSE. FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR OWN SELECTION OF MUSIC. (PREFERABLY USING MUSIC THAT WOULD BE FAMILIAR TO YOUR AUDIENCE.)

Leading with prayer to open the service
Worship music - Some of us are not musically trained with instruments and may not have a great voice. It is not necessary to have these talents to bring a service to residents in these facilities. It simply requires the desire and love for people. These facilities have Smart Tv's and we can utilize services in this website by mirroring this website or your own playlist. (If you desire to provide music with instruments, you could still use this music list with volume turned off so the residents still have access to the lyrics to sing along.) It is not necessary to stick to this format. You may create some of your own playlists and share them with the residents if you feel comfortable with how to present a service. Just log into your music account to share your playlist with them for worship. REMEMBER TO SHARE MUSIC THEY WOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH, such as HYMNS WITH OLDER WORSHIP MUSIC.
